Role Overview:

The Security Schedule Coordinator will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional responsible for managing scheduling operations for our security personnel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong multitasking abilities, and maintain clear, professional communication with employees and leadership.

Pay Rate:

Starting $20.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Create and manage weekly employee schedules, ensuring all staff receive their assignments on time.
Maintain accurate records of employee availability, time-off requests, and shift coverage.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with security officers.
Assist with maintaining the scheduling software database.
Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.

Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in employee scheduling is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both written and oral).
Must be able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
