We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a System Security Specialist to ensure an Engagement Tracking System (ETS) application complies with federal cybersecurity standards, performs regular security assessments, and manages vulnerabilities.

Expected Experience

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security compliance.
Familiarity with federal cybersecurity regulations.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation planning.
Security+ or CISSP certification preferred.

Duties

Maintain system security compliance with NIST 800-53 and federal IT security policies.
Perform vulnerability scans and implement necessary patches.
Support Authorization to Operate (ATO) renewal and security audits.
Develop and implement security monitoring and incident response strategies.
Assist in risk assessments and compliance documentation.
