Summary:
The Cybersecurity Manager will provide industry leading security expertise and guidance to IXS Coatings. Candidate will be responsible to manage and advance the existing cyber security program, understand and proactively address the changing threat landscape and expand protection services as appropriate. This position is part of a team of IT professionals providing innovative technology solutions across our business enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible to lead, execute and expand the company cybersecurity program including: Lead the overall cyber security program including technical solutions & services along with training & awareness initiatives. Lead the user interaction elements of cyber security including awareness training, cyber communications, phishing tests & user follow-up.
· Manage the cyber training & awareness tool & vendor relationship. Own, operate and maintain the cyber security tool suite including enhancements. Evaluate new solutions for security controls and lead the implementation efforts
· Maintain knowledge of new and/or current threats and develop steps to defend against them. Manage the third-party security operations center (SIEM/SOC).
· Lead the vulnerability management program, security assessments and penetration test engagements
· Work with internal IT and vendors to ensure deployed technologies provide expected controls and protection. Coordinate internal IT, vendors, and impacted stakeholders in the event of a security incident utilizing incident response plans
· Collect and present security metrics to upper management. Act as the cyber security point of contact for all audits, investigations, assessments, and related inquiries.
· Maintain a formal cyber security program document. Work with management to evaluate & retain cyber security insurance. Maintain and amend Corporate Security Policy. Maintain and facilitate the Incident Response Plan.
Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan and program.
· Additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity related job functions. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity or related field is highly preferred, Cybersecurity certifications are a plus
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity framework, experience with the MS O365 suite and Microsoft security solutions
Hands-on experience with Single Sign On providers
Experience with cloud-based application security, understanding of Windows Domain and networking security principles
· Experience leading cyber security initiatives and projects
