Summary Description
The Response Team is a division of Sentry Security & Investigations that provides security staff for short-notice and short-term security engagements. The engagements may be such things as posting in retail stores for additional holiday security, special event security, fire watch, construction sites, filling shifts to cover time off or providing additional officers for clients requesting additional security coverage.
A Response Team Officer is an employee who has the ability to “respond” to provide security services on short notice to meet the immediate needs of clients. Officers must be available to work various shifts and hours and Some work must be willing and able to travel to locations in the states of ND, MN, and SD, if necessary.
The Response Team Officers will have a flexible work schedule however shifts are scheduled to meet the requirements of the clients, and company policy requires that a minimum number of hours per month be worked by each officer on the team.
Job Duties
Provide on-site security for clients that are in need of short-term, short-notice security assignments thorough the upper Midwest.

Skills include but not limited to:
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have excellent interpersonal skills
· Have excellent computer skills and is proficient in Excel, Work, Outlook, and various internet search engines
· Be highly organized and have a meticulous attention to detail
· Have a strong work ethic
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must have a HS Diploma or GED
· Must pass a background check (No Felonies or crimes related to theft, violence, or drugs)
· Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
· Must have reliable means of transportation and communication
· Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must have a flexible schedule to work varied/irregular hours, days, nights, and weekends
· Must have the ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
· Must have a commitment to high professional ethical standards
· Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience preferred but NOT required
· Must have a professional appearance and attitude
