Location: Dover, NH
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Hours: 40-hour work week. Choose a 4-day work week - Option to take either Monday or Friday off! Hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Security Concierge to join our team at our corporate office in Dover, NH. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming and secure environment. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing visitor access, and providing general assistance in a business casual office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage visitor and vendor sign-in procedures, issuing visitor badges as needed.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding appropriately to any alerts or incidents.
Escort visitors to their destinations within the building.
Answer phone calls and address general inquiries.
Maintain a secure and organized reception area.
Report any security-related incidents or issues to the Operations Manager and HR.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert.
Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in security, customer service, or reception is a plus.
Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain a professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
