Talent Sourcer (Technology focus) in
New York, NY.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Sourcer with a focus on technology roles to help scale a high-performing R&D organization. You'll play a key role in identifying top engineering talent for roles across software development, infrastructure, data, and leadership. This is a strategic position within the Talent Acquisition team, where you'll partner closely with talent partners and hiring leaders to build talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and drive sourcing excellence. Accountabilities:
- Source, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality engineering talent across multiple technical domains
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and develop strategic sourcing plans
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all sourcing and outreach efforts
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, and Boolean search to identify passive candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Ashby), ensuring high data integrity
- Support improvements to the overall recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Track sourcing metrics and analyze data to inform and optimize sourcing strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using multiple channels and advanced search techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a plus) and sourcing tools
- Background in recruiting for a wide range of technical roles, including SWE, AI/ML, infrastructure, and engineering leadership
- Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards, spreadsheets, and market intelligence tools
- Ability to operate in a startup-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Preference for candidates based in the NYC metro area open to hybrid office attendance
