We are currently seeking an experienced Security Integrations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and executing our security projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Security Integrations Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle of CCTV and Access Control installation projects, from initial concept through to completion. This includes project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning and implementation of security integration projects. Systems include but are not limited to Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm and Perimeter Detection systems.
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Review estimates, change orders, bidding documents, and sub communication.
· Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
· Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
· Effectively facilitate regular team and client meetings.
· Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferrable.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must have valid driver's license.
