Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and enforce security policies and procedures.

Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical emergencies or security breaches
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is a plus
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment is desirable
