We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of security system projects. Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee security system installation projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Manage and guide cross-functional teams, including field technicians and subcontractors.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary liason between client and company, providing updates and addressing client concerns.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Documentation & Scheduling: Maintain project timelines, reports, and documentation to align with company goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Conduct quality control checks on installations, ensuring proper system functionality, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to company standards.
- Plan and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and remain within budget.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure installations align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including service reports, work logs, and inventory tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the security systems industry (as a field technician, installer, or project manager).
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.
