We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of security system projects. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Oversee security system installation projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Team Coordination: Manage and guide cross-functional teams, including field technicians and subcontractors.
Client Management: Serve as the primary liason between client and company, providing updates and addressing client concerns.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Documentation & Scheduling: Maintain project timelines, reports, and documentation to align with company goals.
Compliance and Safety: Conduct quality control checks on installations, ensuring proper system functionality, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to company standards.
Plan and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and remain within budget.
Review project plans, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure installations align with client requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including service reports, work logs, and inventory tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the security systems industry (as a field technician, installer, or project manager).
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
Computer Proficiency: Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.
